Welcome! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of leeahmurray.com and everything offered through it, including its content, free and paid tools (such as the Purposepreneur Toolkit), digital products, courses and services (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Leeah Murray (“I,” “me,” “we” or “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Using the Services
Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, share or redistribute paid tools, digital products or course materials without permission.
- Share your account login or give others access to your purchases.
- Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the site or its tools, or get around access controls.
- Use the Services in a way that is misleading, harmful or illegal.
2. Accounts
Some Services need an account. Keep your login details private, and let me know right away at hello@merakiand.co if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. I may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms of Service.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and include everything shown at checkout. Payment is due in full when you buy. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (Stripe and Amazon Pay), and their terms also apply. I may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order you’ve already placed.
4. All sales of tools and digital products are final
When you buy a tool or digital product, you get the full product right away. Because of that, all sales of tools and digital products are final and are not eligible for refunds, except in the specific cases described in the Refund Policy, such as duplicate charges or access I can’t restore. Coaching, consulting and done-for-you services follow the terms you agree to when you book them.
5. Your access to tools and digital products
When you buy a tool or digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal use, for as long as the product is offered.
- “Yours for life” means access for the life of the product, with no subscription or renewal fees.
- You keep ownership of the information you enter into the tools.
- You may not resell, share or repackage the tools, their content or their outputs as your own product.
6. Planning tools, not professional advice
The calculators, planners, quizzes, templates, blog posts and other content are for planning and educational purposes. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and using them doesn’t create an advisor or client relationship. Tax figures are estimates based on general rules and may not fit your situation. Please check with a qualified accountant, tax professional, lawyer or financial advisor before making decisions.
7. AI-assisted features
Some tools offer AI-assisted drafts, such as marketing plans or brand briefs. These drafts are generated by an AI provider from the answers you give. They can contain mistakes, so review and edit them before you rely on them or publish them. You’re responsible for how you use them. Fair-use limits may apply to AI features to keep them available for everyone.
8. Coaching, consulting and services
Coaching, consulting, AI and app projects, LuxeLaunch and Meraki & Co. services are scheduled and agreed separately. Your booking confirmation or service agreement sets out the scope, payment, rescheduling and cancellation terms, and it takes priority over these Terms if the two disagree.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, tools, designs, graphics, branding, videos and course materials, belongs to Leeah Murray or is used with permission. It’s protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license in section 5 and normal personal browsing, you may not copy or reuse it without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.
10. Results
I can’t promise any particular result. Your outcomes depend on many things outside my control, including your business, your market, your effort and your circumstances. Any examples on the site, including example people and numbers, are illustrations, not promises.
11. Third-party links and services
The site links to and uses other services, like Calendly, Discord, Mailchimp and payment processors. I’m not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the Service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is handled.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please email me so we can try to resolve it informally first.
15. Changes to these Terms of Service
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
